Isoscope FMP10 Portable Coating Thickness Gauge

Isoscope FMP10 Portable Coating Thickness Gauge

The Isoscope FMP10, developed by Fischer (Germany), is a high-precision portable coating thickness gauge designed for measuring coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates. Utilizing eddy current measurement principles (DIN EN ISO 2360), it is suitable for measuring coatings, anodized layers, and insulating films on non-magnetic metals such as aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, as well as plastics.

Key Features:
  • High-Precision Measurement: Measurement range of 0–1200 µm with accuracy of ±1% (for ranges below 2000 µm) and ±2% (for ranges above 2000 µm)
  • Multi-Language Interface: Supports multiple languages including English and Chinese for intuitive operation
  • Compliance with International Standards: Meets ISO 2360, ASTM B244, BS 5411, and DIN 50984, ensuring reliable measurement results
  • Statistical Functions: Displays average, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum values for easy quality control and analysis
  • Portable Design: Compact and lightweight, ideal for rapid on-site measurements

Applications:
  • Thickness measurement for anodized and color-treated aluminum surfaces
  • Coating measurement of paint, plastic, enamel, Teflon, and other applied layers
  • Powder coatings on non-magnetic metals and alloys such as aluminum, copper, zinc, and stainless steel
